WHERE IS MONEY FOR BIGO BYA MUGENYI WORK
Parliament, this financial year, passed a vote for rehabilitation as
Bigo Bya Mugenyi royal enclosure as a traditional/cultural and tourism
site. Money is said to have been released at the beginning of the
second quarter in October. But nothing is on the ground. Ministries of
Finance, Planning and investments, and Tourism, Wildlife and
Antiquities owe us an explanation.
