Dr Kiiza Besigye has to get a visa to attend a function or travel in another district  from LC1 of that particular area.

What is pathetic is that FDC is not allowed to do anything like meetjng its own people. Then u have people here draming that opposition is weak. 

If opposition is weak why is the regime spending bilions of money on chasing the opposition meners from any gathering...
