{UAH} the best asset to buy is 'land'

the best asset to buy is 'land'. It tends to accrue more interest than any of these other ventures. Unless you are buying shares of a company! Uber just floated its shares for $45 the other week. Better deal.

land is a good deal... But when you buy "empewo" it's a flat loss. Land is a good investments but the wrangles always surrounding such investment could leave u high and dry, everytime i have purchased land i have had a wrangle to deal with,spent alot of money to settle the issues despite going through the right procedure before purchasing
