{UAH} A COUPLE OF Up-DATES ON THE AIR LINE THAT CRASHED

Before I go into the updates, as days pass in such issues society starts to get a grip on the facts. We now know that after this bus crashed, Iranians said that it crashed due to a mechanical failure. In fact the term was that the engine had a catastrophic failure.  {In English that term means that as they were taking off the engine ceased and caught fire. That happens in many ways, sometimes it explodes right out the casing and into the inside of the bus, it is a very dangerous situation, but the way buses are manufactured, a single engine catastrophe does not automatically fail it to finish its take off phase, they will take off then level off and find a way to land on a closest run way.} They knew that the bus had gone down and with more than 100 people. When they started to agree that they shot it down, they said that it was shot down for it was flying towards a military barracks, they feared that Americans had attacked. We now know that this particular run way, when you take off you fly towards that barracks as you take off. The Iranian authority, we now know that they did not shut down that run way, and buses continued to take off after the downing of the Ukrainian airline. So Ukrainian bus crashes, the ATC loses it on the screen, and he directs the next pilot to take off, at the same run way towards the same path. It is frightening.

 

We now know that the prime minister has talked to the president of Iran, and this is a direct quote “What Iran has admitted to is very serious. Shooting down a civilian aircraft is horrific. Iran must take full responsibility. Canada will not rest until we get the accountability, justice and closure that the family's deserve." Those that have been with the prime minister are defining him as a very furious man on this issue. Friends shooting down a civilian bus should never happen, and I have started to see Democrats like Edward Pojim calling it a daily food on a firkin dining table.

 

No it is not and it must never be accepted.

 

This is what I know, for a long time Canada has had a very bad experience in plane crash. When planes crash and Canadians are involved, the survivors go through a secondary trauma, by dealing with air lines and courts, thus the justice system in this country, has for a very long time looking very closely at crashes, and how Canadians can be assisted. Laws have been greatly changed, and court systems have been changed to protect the survivors and their families. In that spirit of making the survivors a priority, Ottawa has created a Rapid Response team. Remember we are dealing with terrorists here, a people we do not have an embassy with, so as these families walk this very tough path that Mayimuna Kenyi is ignoring, serious decisions have to be made, some want to return their dead home, some want to burry them in Turkey, and some do not even know who to talk to in Teheran. This Rapid Response Team is going to be placed into Teheran to demonstrate a Canadian on ground presence.

 

They will act as the Canadian embassy and they will deal with terrorists for the victims. The leaders of this team have arrived into Teheran this afternoon, and the team will start to land from tomorrow on wards into Monday. Hassan Rohani has been asked to guarantee a working relationship with victims, if you have a Canadian passport you need to get a visa to Iran, he has agreed to that, thus all Canadians that want to go to Teheran, walk in with your passport you will get a visa, and the Rapid Response team will coordinate between you and the Terrorists of Iran.

 

In the past times of plane crash that have involved Canadians, the justice system has worked hard to find a way that air lines, governments and insurance companies stop to harass the victims, thus as far as I know this issue is not going to be solved through a class action, class actions work if you have a common damage or injury, it is believed that all these people suffered in a very specific way, they cannot be hauled into one court under one judge, it is playing towards a single charge to each victim.

 

On the changes to protect the victims that the justice department has done, everyone know that Ukraine and Iran are both protected by the Democrats, it just does not make sense to send these poor victims into the courts in Ukraine, and Iran to be pushed all over the place by the Democrats. They are right in this forum crying for poor Soleimani A God that was murdered by Trump a terrorist. What do you think will happen out there?

 

Thus what you are likely to end up, is cases are going to be filled, but in Canadian courts, through Canadian lawyers to Canadian judges. When you maliciously murder Canadians, they can use the Canadian laws to come after you, and it is very possible that this is what is going to happen here. Canadians are quite but very very smart people, I was surprised at the brains we have lost in this nonsense. They are going to prepare their cases and file them into courts targeting Ukrainian airline as a start. But if you are Iran stand very close to the court gates. When ever people die there must a lesson learnt to prevent such losses happening again, on the anger I have seen in this city, Canadians are going to go after these two entities to dry them up, so that next time when a terrorist wants to blow up a plane, he will wonder if there is a single Canadian on board.

 

To you Iran, if the money Democrats shipped to you through Barack Obama has dried out, it is time you ask Nancy Pelosi your current protector to pack more skids of cash for you are going to need it and very fast. You might start to pass a basket as well for it seems you have several admirers in this forum, they might help with the bill coming after your ass.
