{UAH} land title on kabaka land

here is the procedure, you go to the nearest BLB (Buganga land Board ) and pick application forms which are filled through the local community lc1 and 3,they are returned and an instruction to survey is issued by the blb surveyor to produce blue prints, what s funny is that the blue prints and the title are to be issued by the Ministry of lands as a lease title under kabaka land.
