its very possible- it's called condominium ..u can use the same titles as security in banks. You can get condominium titles for each unit in your different names and you can sell anytim. Yes, there's condominium law in Ugand. On completion of the apartments, submit them to the Ministry of Lands for Condominium assessment and/or approval. Your architect should be able to guide you on that. Yes titles can be issued for each unit if you convert the current holding into condominium.The unit titles will take the tenure of the mother title.You will need to form an owners corporation to manage the common areas of use among other things.
