Sewava speaks at a recent NRM mobilization event

Addressing reporters in Kakumiro, where he is overseeing preparations for new State Health Minister (and area woman MP) Robinah Nabanja's thanksgiving ceremony slated for Friday, NRM youth leader Joseph Mukasa Sewava has this Wednesday controversially suggested that President Museveni should be declared one with right to rule Uganda for life without anybody bothering or disturbing him.

This is how the free-spirited Sewava specifically made his point; "The lessons from the ongoing Museveni trek are very instructive that this man is Godsent and he is the Ugandan version of Jesus Christ. Looking at the way he forgives and allows back repentant foes and tolerates even those who criticize him falsely, General Museveni no doubt has all the credentials of Jesus Christ. He is a miracle worker who has turned Uganda into gold in comparison to the mess it had become before 1986."

The controversial NRM mobilizer added; "As young people, there aren't many ways in which we can reciprocate the gift God gave us in Gen Museveni. The only thing we can do to show our appreciation is relentlessly mobilizing fellow young people to ensure that he leads this country of ours for as long as he lives." Sewava added that this President-for life dream of theirs is achievable "once we keep exposing the lies of the opposition and help him overcome whoever dares to stand in his way to transform Uganda."
