{UAH} Teso Farmers stranded with sorghum harvest

Teso Farmers stranded with sorghum harvest


NBLUganda & EABL_PLC haven't bought the harvests for 2 yrs though in
some cases have supplied seeds. These seeds cant be used for food, SO
Whats going on?
