{UAH} Toll and Cost of Coronavirus

Folks;

The late Canadian media philosopher, Marshall McLuhan, said it best: The advent of television and radio has turned the world into a Global Village.

Last weekend's  death of basketball star, Kobe Bryant, and the deepening crisis brought by the Coronavirus, remind us that despite time differences and skin colors, the world is basically a village next door.

Most world airlines have suspended flights to China for a few months. This precipitated sale off in airline stocks in the world major exchanges today. In US, the Dow Jones Industrial is down 524 Points, about 1.8%

International corporations with operations in China, are gearing to report substantial losses in the next several quarters.

Google, Apple, Amazon, Intel, Microsoft, 3M, HP, Boeing, Home Depot, Lowes, GE, Alcoa and many more, all survive on their Chinese manufacturing operations. And since travel even within China is severely restricted, productivity will lag for at least six months.

Don't be surprised when these companies report substantially reduced results in QMar, QJun and QSep.

And with dwindling financial results will come reduced stock value. Dow Jones will be down to be around 24K by September.
