{UAH} WBK:In Africa why is a good house or car a sign of wealth?

I can ascertain that a luxurious car is a sign of wealth all over the world but a good house can even be offered to people on benefits in the developed world, unlike capitalist Uganda where you have to work and earn all you own.

In conclusion, here in Uganda a good house and luxurious car is a sign of wealth because one has earned it whichever be way they get money.
