{UAH} what is the diffrence between property tax and rental tax

Assume you build rental houses on Kabaka's land, you will be required to pay tax (rental tax) on the total rental you collect - that's done.But Buganda may come for "obushuuru" (royalties) because of the land where the house sits

Property tax charged by the municipality or local administration, for example Kira Municipality Council charges a property tax, Rental tax is charged by URA. Terrible double taxation and as I always tell people, before authorities come to you looking for it, do not look for them, they do no care about you.

In simple terms ; Property tax is for the existence of property and rental tax is from total earnings of rent monies. Generally, rent should include the property tax for the space you rent. You pay it to the landlord as part of the rent, but it is the landlord who pays the actual property tax for the building you rent in.
