{UAH} DPP Chibita to blame for excesses in prosecuting Dr Stella Nyanzi

DPP Chibita must take responsibility for Dr Stella Nyanzi malicious prosecution. An independent and fair minded DPP should never have prosecuted Dr Stella Nyanzi notwithstanding  her annoying and embarrassing statements. By prosecuting Dr Nyanzi, the DPP ironically  bailed her out and tuned her into a hero.

DPP Chibita should not become Uganda's equivalent of Bernard Chunga , the Moi prosecutor who never lost a case before Nairobi chief magistrate -many of whom became judges because they appeased Chunga and Nyayo.  Chunga was so brutal that Nyayo rewarded him with promotion as CJ, a position he lost shortly after Mr Kibaki assumed office. Today Chunga is a reclusive and lonely  figure somewhere in Nyanzi.

Which bring me to the big question: is DPP Chibita  trying to please the appointing authority to do to him what Moi did to Chunga and appoint  him CJ after all the current CJ is about to retire?  is DPP Chibita persecuting social misfits and narcissists  like Dr Stella  Nyanzi  to appease YKM to name him CJ? 

Do no not be surprised if DPP Chibita who was as e serving judge eats big as next CJ. 

Those who went to law school with DPP Chibita should tell him that he risks the Chunga tag if he continues with such malicious prosecutions.
