The former deputy Minister for Finance Milton Makmot says if Dr Milton Obote had heeded the advice of bringing Yoweri Museveni into his 1980 government, the NRA guerrilla war would never have started. The retired politician says it was inevitable for Museveni and his group to head to the bush after the disputed 1980 elections.
