Had NRM Government not liberalized media waves, Capital Radio would
not have started in 1994 where Peter Sematimba had "Capital Doctor"
program and later on CBS. Had NRM Government not restored kingdoms,
Buganda would not have started CBS where Peter Sematimba popularized
the Valentines" Day.
