{UAH} One million people not being able to vote is a dangerous precedent

Charity Ahimbisibwe: One million people not being able to vote is a dangerous precedent and we saw this coming. As the Citizens' Coalition for Electoral Democracy in Uganda (CCEDU), the right to vote is the right we defend. Parliament should stop being reactionary and think through processes.
