Uganda has 33 Cabinet Ministers out of which;

Western 17
Central 7
Eastern 5
Northern 4

Now simple Maths.

East + Central + Northern = 16

Western alone = 17.

Would u like me to tell u about even those few Cabinet Ministers from Eastern?

1. Kirunda Kivejinja. At over 80 years, he can barely do anything to help his Region or even influence anything and he has been like that, toothless for the many years in Cabinet.

2. Esther Mbayo. Minister for Presidency whose main role is only an MC at state functions. She cannot even influence anybody to become an RDC which is directly in her docket.
NB. When Frank Tumwebaze was Minister for Presidency, in only 6 months he had accumulated and fixed 10BN on his Fixed deposit account in Crane Bank.

3. Jeje Odongo. Minister of Internal Affairs who cannot even recommend u to get an Express Passport. In fact Maj. Gen. Sabiiti Mzeyi and Byabashaija of prison are more powerful than Odongo who would be there boss.

4. Sam Cheptoris. Minister of Water. In the Ministry of Water, meetings are held in Runyakitara. All directors and top bosses in this Ministry are Westerners. He has no say, he can't even influence piped water to be extended in Sebei.

5. Mary Kitutu. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. What can a Kitutu do in Mineral resources? Toothless and Ceremonial head of institution.

Note: In those ministries given to non Westerners, the permanent Secretary's are Westerners.

Secondly, you cannot say our Youth are non productive and into sports betting and its the cause for poverty. This is abuse of Easterners.

What are thr production areas that government has prepared them to involve in and they havent?

In Western Uganda, everybody can join either Police where u Kasadha are or army. They never go through interviews, they are enrolled in a RAT (Receive And Train) basis.

This explains the fact that every home in western Uganda has not less than 10 guns while in Eastern we keep pangas.

Also not that while as a few Kasadha's can be recruited, they are hardly promoted. A few weeks back Maj. Naome Karungi died in a Helicopter crash, something abnormal was revealed in this death.

That Karungi died at age 31 and had been flying the Helicopter for the last 15 years. In other words they meant to say that she started flying at the age of 16. At the same age i was personally in S.4 but for her she was already flying Helicopters.

Tell me one Easterner that has ever been fast tracked to join the army at 16 before even completing school and at 31 is a Major and flying Choppers.

The truth is our People want to work and its the reason u now find most of our youth in Boda boda industry and Sugarcane growing or cutting.

It's also factual that M7 has deliberately ensured that Eastern, and North wallow in poverty such that him and his tribes men will forever reign over us.

As a matter of fact, there's no poor person that can ably compete with these Westerners who are acquiring Education in Europe and USA.
