Between building an apartment block say it had four units and building obuzigo??

I think it all depends on the location of the land...that will decide what kind of rental you can put up, but those buzigo would be a better investment option. Smaller units(Mizigo) earn more and the risk of defaulters is usually lower. Imagine in some upscale areas a good single bedroom is at 450k and you find a two bedroom one at 550k. Lets call them upcoming areas not upscale of KOLOLO

Apartments in high end areas and mizigo in middle end areas. Mizigo have a better return on investment... people need to consider spacious studio apartments. Double rooms are always on market

If you want to get the investment back and profit quickly then mizigo is the better option. If you want to set up some sort of 'legacy' investment then the apartment is the way to go - profits will be enjoyed by your children or grandchildren.
