Rumour has it that these days young man has developed a newfound trick to living in rented apartments without paying rent.

A young man has revealed that he has been satisfying his landlady sexually for eight years without paying for rent.

He took to his Twitter page to confess.

The guy disclosed that his service to his landlady has caused her not to ask him for house rent.
