{UAH} HAND HYGIENE MED FOR COVID 19

In uganda the message od hand hygiene has been received well. What has happened is that buckets put out with liqud soap to was hands.. people are drinking the water after washing hands. 

Now what on earth can one do...with people....its water to clean hands...but people are drinking it...

Are we fighting Covid19 or we are introducing something else...
