From this I want to conclude that Uganda Kadaga & Co. isolated the virus and ready to kill'em all. 

Otherwise this is a nutcase of going bushwacking with the aim of killing any and all viruses randomly - that is, if the home-grown product will kill any virus at all. That's to say, a virus is a virus and one size fits all.

Yikesss....!

Reminds of my early primary school vocabulary wherein I believed Germans produced germs. Of course I drew the fast conclusion from mismatching the two words - Germ-mans.
