{UAH} Kasirye Ggwanga condemns Tumukunde arrest

"When you arrest a general like that you are embarrassing fellow generals and the entire army," Maj Gen (rtd) Kasirye Ggwanga said on Sunday morning.

KAMPALA - "You cannot arrest a military general like a dog." These were the words of Maj Gen (rtd) Kasirye Ggwanga as he described the recent arrest of Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde.
