{UAH} LIRA IS A MESS!

LIRA IS A MESS!

The so-called Lira District Task Force on cononavirus is a complete rot. The RDC, DPC, DHO of Lira and their team are the reason the virus may hit the district. Taxis are still transporting people in Lira; youths in the suburbs are still crowding together playing cards; people are still crowding in some bars drinking and playing pool table game; and worst of all, bodabodas are audaciously defying the presidential directive to the extent that there is no one who lives in Lira who has not witnessed a bodaboda or two or more transporting passengers these days. No wonder, the RDC of Alebtong District alluded to the Lira failure when she appeared on Radio Wa last night.
