This is not good news. 

I think the president will use this public bailout to offset past losses he had incurred in his many failed business. I think that Trump and his GOP enablers see this bailout as largess to be shared among friends and donors, in the name of rescuing the economy.

Were he to allow for an oversight, we would know the beneficiaries and their respective bailout amount, and that would expose any payments to compensate business losses that occurred before the Coronavirus outbreak.
