{UAH} Rukungiri chief magistrate adjourns Besigye’s case
RUKUNGIRI-The Rukungiri chief magistrate has adjourned the case in which former FDC party president Col. Dr Kizza Besigye and four others are accused of inciting violence, causing malicious damage and assaulting Police officers in Rukungiri.
Self proclaimed people's president Kiiza Besigye, the FDC party chief mobilizer Ingrid Turinawe, together with FDC party President Patrick Amuriat appeared before the Rukungiri chief Magistrate Hassan Ntaro for the mention of their case.
Ntaro adjourned the case asserting that the accused reached late at the court premises.
