Whoch perimeters does the ugandan police operate at...

Do you see how M7 divides and rules...now police is an enemybof the army. Who will feed who with security information....

Who ruling Uganda... is it M7 or some fool somewhere.... 

Is uganda following the Malawi scenario of Kamzubanda....where rye secretary was ruling the country in disguise of Kamzubanda...

Ugandans lets check....who is ruling Uganda....M7 is nolonger in charge in my view... 

People lets dig deep...who is the head of state on secrecy....
