{UAH} Update on Hoima Case.
Update on Hoima Case.
He was 55yrs, aresident of Kibugubya, Kyabigambire scty, Hoima district. He was working in Afhaganistan.
He jetted in from Afhaganistan on 17th march, he came straight to Hoima, he freely interacted with people, intelligence report say, from that time he dated six ladies, travelled to kla and back to Hoima three times using taxis. After developing symptoms, he went back to mulago for testing, he never waited for results, came back and mixed up with pple freely.
After results were out and one person among the 4 cases that had tested positive realised was from Hoima, the minister communcated to RDC and immiditely the team started the search not until he was got from one of the guest houses (names withheld) where he had slept with another woman. He was brought to Hoima RRH mental unit and MOH sent aspecial ambulance to evacuate him to Mulago for further management. The Hoima case is indeed acomplicated one, because he mixed freely with a lot of people, we therefore need to be so vigilant as we follow the set guidelines as well as praying for divine super natural powers to intervene and save us.
According to RDC Kisembo Araali, while appearing on atalkshow "Akatuti Kobugabe" on Radio Hoima this morning, he said the patient's 19 friends whom he has been interacting with have been identified, that 15 of them have been contacted and their blood samples are going to be tested today. The patient failed to cooperate with surveilance team to reveal the people he has been in contact with.
The situation is really bad, the number of cases are likely to increase in Hoima. We need to call divine super natural powers from God to safe us.
Please dear brothers and sisters, wash your hands as many times as you possibly can, don't touch your eyes, nose and keep 4 metres away from anyone,no shaking hands, cover your nose & mouth then together, we can stop the spread of this invisible killer Coronavirus.
