{UAH} COVID-19 and the Informal Sector

The COVID-19 Task Forces in the respective countries in the region should coordinate to chart strategies to help out the this sector which is badly hit by the closure of borders due to the pandemic..

Since each Task Force is involved in mitigation strategies as well caring for the vulnerable populations with especially basic consumer goods like food, soap and sugar, they could buy those items from these cross-border  business persons to support them and to ensure that their goods that were caught by the closure do not go to waste. This is doable.
