The Tax Amendment Bills 2020:
Rental tax for individuals up to 30% from 20%;
For purposes of rental tax, the bill proposes that a tax rate of 30% (from 20%) will be applicable to individual
persons earning rental income. Note: The rate has always been 30% for other persons other than individuals.
