Did you know that if you own a Cuban passport in Europe you are not allowed to receive funds from the banking institutions? It is a decision I have a problem understanding, for people are in your country, you gave them a visa to show up, why is it illegal for them to get funds from the institutions? How are they supposed to survive? Isn’t it important that you make such information public before they show up? By the way when you are in Cuba, at the air port like Havana, the bank machines do not give you money at the airport facility, you need to use the machines only after or before the immigration officers, so when you land you can use the banking system before you are cleared into Cuba, when you pass immigration the banking machine cut you off, when leaving, you can access the system after you are stamped out.

 

I have a family in Europe that cannot receive funds so I have to get someone with a none Cuban passport to clear it.
