{UAH} This day in history : 30th April 1962....
This day in history:
April 30, 1962: Milton Obote is officially appointed prime minister of Uganda by the (colonial British) Governor, Sir Walter Coutts. This followed an earlier election (won by UPC) that would see the first post-independence African government on 9th October, 1962.
Great day, conveniently buried by friends from the other side (considering the whips).
This country is possible; just believe in better.
