{UAH} Uganda faces food shortage as coronavirus disrupts locust fight

Desert locusts is the name by which those hoppers are known because of their breeding habitat; a country does not necessarily need to have a desert for it to be invaded, actually they search for vegetation to feed on!

 I am reliably informed by family about the invasion, it's true and they are worried but you are absolutely right to  fear misuse of funds allocated. 

I understand your fears with own brothers and sisters who have excused themselves from ethical behaviour and just follow their stomachs; they feel entitled to take away what isn't theirs. 

That's our Uganda where corruption commands.
