{UAH} WE ARE POSTING A NEW COVID-19 OUTBREAK IN CHINA

We are following the city of Harbin in Northern China that has just been put on a lock down due to the COVID-19 threat. By the posting no one is allowed into or out of Harbin until the authorities have a control on the virus. Harbin is in Northern China with a population of about 11 million people. I am not going to go into numbers of the infected , the dead  let alone investigated, for China has consistently refused to ever produce verifiable numbers, thus I am only going to post the lock down on the city, let each of you follow what ever source you use to get what ever numbers you will get out of the city, and how you interpret them.

 

As by this posting, the city of Harbin is under lock down.
