{UAH} BESIGYE WON IN SEGUKU BUT HE LOST DUE TO LACK OF POLLING AGENTS

By Binsaed Genza
I happened to be a presiding officer in Sseguku, just a five minutes drive from the FDC main office in Najjanankumbi but with all the support the dude had in Wakiso,he had nothing like an agent in all the six polling stations at the location,if he couldn't manage atleast one in Sseguku, then imagine wat happened in the far districts,I lost morale in KB. Amama Mbabazi out of this he had no impact towards voting time,I stay in Sseguku and watched all the happenings, Sseguku polls were so peaceful though voting materials were delivered so lately and it didn't deter Dr from winning all the six polling stations but none could be given d.r forms for FDC,such efforts of suffocation were not visible coz we held a meeting three days after polling day for our payment but on discussion, almost three quarters of the p.o's were saying the same thing of having no agents at their stations, how could that happen within your 4th consecutive contest?
