Bishop Zac Niringiye: Will elections make a difference in this country, no. We have to discuss the leadership question in this country, that is a more important issue. President Museveni choreographs political processes that serve his interests. President Museveni has been very clear that revolutionaries do not handover power. To be honest, elections are Museveni's call. Will youth unemployment go down because elections have not happened? No.

Elections do not change the material circumstances of our people.
