A call to abolish this draconian bill that takes away freedom and civil liberties. UK leaders say we are all in this together however this does not seem to be the case with this bill. This madness needs to end. We will not stop fighting this until it is gone!

Forced detention and isolation can be of anyone, including children, and for any amount of time.

Powers last up to 2 years

Lockdown powers could prevent protests against measures.

Protections from forced detainment and treatment under Mental Health Act lowered.

Cremations can be enforced against personal and religious wishes.

Changes to the court system. Registration of deaths.

No inquests into suspicious deaths! No requirement for any medical certification for burials or cremations!

It also indemnifies the health service should they fail for what ever reason to provide care.

Local Authorities will now be exempted from compliance with their duties under The Care Act 2014. Schedule 12.

This is a terrible day for freedoms.

Why is this important?

It is important to maintain freedom and civil liberties. The very constitution that was fought for by our world war 2 veterans and many more.
