EVICTION OF A TENANT BY LANDLORDS
Many Landlords not sign tenancy agreements with their tenants. In the end they evict them for whatever reason or no reason and withiut notice. Some even detain property for non payment of rent.
The courts have ruled that even in the absence of a tenancy agreement, the tenant does not lose their rights in occupying the property. For a proper eviction to occur, the landlord must obtain a distress order from the courts of law.
