{UAH} Kampala ring route Bus - Transport Planners what do you think

If KCCA created a special ring route Bus with 6 buses , 3 buses in each direction leaving at a 15 minute interval ( Kampala ring route Bus = Natete via Mutundwe- Nalukolongo -Bunamwaya via Entebbe rd. , Kibuye, Munyonyo, Ggaba, Kabalagala, Kibuli, Jinja rd via Train Station, Nakawa, Kyambogo, Ntinda, Bukoto, Kamwokya, [back to] Kyanja, Gayaza, to Mulago, Bombo rd.(watoto church) back to Wandegeya, Makerere, Bakuli, Mengo ,Natete

will this work?
