{UAH} Kutesa buys people power converts US$50.000 EACH.

He is known to be the economic predator of all times. During the overthrow of Dr Apollo Milton Obote by Gen Tito Okello Lutwa, Kutesa was tasked by Obote to go to the Bank of Uganda reserves and loot for him gold as Obote prepared for his takeoff out of the country. Indeed Kutesa emptied the reserves, gave Obote a few kilograms and more than 27 tonnes to himself which gold, Kutesa fled with to the Middle East.

When NRM took power in 1986, Kutesa's wealth was staggering at US$2.3bn which prompted Museveni to plead for his return to Uganda. He therefore became the largest domestic lender to government of Uganda for five consecutive years.

Within 10 years, Kutesa had taken over all major government enterprise. The informal sector calls him the worst fisherman who equally fights for both the biggest and smallest fish. His looted money is invested in multinational corporations, air transport, factories, shopping malls, supermarkets, cars sales, cargo water vessels, law chambers, clearing and forwarding, bus transport, taxi to market stalls. He is one of the top land grabbers after Museveni, Janet, Salim Saleh and Kahinda Otafire. He literary earns thrice or more than the gross income of Sudhir Rupalleria the known richest East African.

Kutesa's presidential ambitions are falling short daily and he has succumbed to the pressure from the first lady to allow Rwabogo to become president. The advent of the People Power Movement has further antagonized his plots and the anticipation of a possible collapse of the regime has shifted Kutesa's interests to becoming the speaker of parliament. This has prompted him to poison and kill Rebecca Kadaga using Moses Balyeku to replace her position.

Meanwhile, Kutesa is ranked by the public and political activists as the most corrupt minister in Africa and the top funder of Democratic Party in Uganda who has fragmented NRM to the zenith with support from the first lady.

Kutesa who is wanted in USA for corruption crimes survived arrest by US authorities when he travelled to Venezuela in mid December 2018 to deliver Ugandan passports to Nicholas Maduro's family, relatives and friends. He delivered 117 passports. On return, Intel from Russia alerted Maduro to tell Kutesa to skip his formal travel arrangement which prompted him to return to Uganda aboard a cargo aircraft.

When Nicholas Maduro anticipated his downfall as being near, he tasked Kutesa to traffic his gold and cash from Venezuela to Uganda. In March 2019, 13 tonnes of gold and US$270m touched down in Uganda aboard a cargo plane. The Uganda Air force cargo plane did and finished the job. Museveni was equally involved.

Ahead of the People's Government and People Power signing of the MOU, Betty Nambooze and Michael Mibikke each received US$50,000 and another US$50,000 was given to Nambooze to deliver it to Abed Bwanika. Nambooze and Mabikke were tasked to take to Kutesa all Bobi Wine's brothers and close relatives for the same offer. Nambooze and Mabikke would each be rewarded with US$5,000 per convert of great value from People Power.
