What is the state of affairs now?

Has Europe grasped the handling of the novel corona virus, within their traditional medical and social practices?

Italy the worst hit country in Europe, is amazingly opening up faster and wider including EU air travel! Slovenia has declared

defeat of the pandemic.

In Germany, where this week  Covid-19 started spreading a bit faster was gradually lifting restrictions. In UK, they managed in a very short period of time to quicken development and start tests of a vaccine with a whooping £20m to the Oxford team to help fund its clinical trials, and a further £22.5m going to researchers at Imperial College London. What other respective EU  countries have invested into this research must be phenomenal!

Despite more than 27,000 confirmed deaths from COVID-19, France is back to work. With at least 230,100 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Spain are loosening the nationwide lockdown and new cases daily are below 200

Why am I interested in Europe?

Europe  probably has the highest integrate health care system in the entire world. Integrated in sense that it is linked to huge state funded research establishment, the industry,  overall economy, and their military establishment that has in fact, been involved in pandemic drills besides saving lives.

Amazingly everything scientific has been allowed.
