{UAH} That lady greeting Mobutu resembles Kagame. Is she his sister?

  It's alleged that during this summit (of N'sele in March 1991), Mobutu had requested Kagame to ask for any amount of money he wants so that he stops the rebellion

Kagame marched to Kinshasa and sent the leopard hat scampering then he lent Zaire a Minister in the names of James Kabarebe. Never joke with him.  and a few months later our Kabarebe was scampering through Angola back to Rwanda. he was helped out of Kitona by the UPDF artillery unit under then Maj Kyambadde.
