{UAH} "What do Ugandans want us to do really?"

"What do Ugandans want us to do really?"

In the World of winners, there is nothing like giving up.Character, Sir Ferguson said, is not determined on a good day. Rather, the character of a person is determined by how that person behaves during hard times. In my life,I always try to find good out of every situation and that is how at a personal level been sucessful. I must admit that this is the worst time ever to be a Member of Parliament in Uganda...yet character demands that, this cant be the time to throw in the towel.

About a Dozen people are camping at my home this morning looking so desparate and hungry. One of them is a young Mother with her sick child of about 10 years...I have touched the boy's forehead and got alarmed by his high temperature...this child can anytime collapse and die. Looking in this little boy's eyes has broken my heart to make me shade tears.

I have hiwever told these people that I picked my personal donation of food and depoisted it with the RDC....that I dont want to be treated like Hon.Zaake by forcing my way to continue giving people food. Above all, I have run out of money as a person and one of the things am contemplating doing is to park my two ambulances because,I cannolonger afford their mantaince and fuel costs plus paying the four drivers.

When we continue sacrificing and stand in for Government for example by giving people food or running ambulance services,Museveni gets a breathing space.... So big that that he even insult, beat up and torture the few MPs who are basically running Government in their constituencies.

I have also told then a fact that I have already commenced the process of forward the money that had been sent to me back to the Parliamentary Commission and that process is not revesable.

Like people have been posting here with cruelty...That "return our money"....So these people's money was returned....The bank draft in the names of The Parliamentary Commission of Uganda was drawn yesterday. I and Hon.Muyanja Ssenyonga were in the bank together yesterday afternoon and placed these orders... only that today is a public holiday both of us would be beaming with bold smiles as we hand in the Bank drafts.

These people cant take that....they say they are not part of the group that wants us to refund the money, they are so annoyed with me for returning the money instead of helping them.with the little twenty millions can afford.

Now, I want to know, why are people finding it easier to camp at my place and ransom me instead of going to the RDC's place....Two after sucessful fighting the "robbery by MPs" how do we get the regime to use the 59 billions plus now the about 8bn refunded by MPs to quickly give people food and stocking health centres with medicine ?
