{UAH} "Computer Misuse Act".

Did you know that computer misuse in Uganda is provided for by the "Computer Misuse Act". A person who posts offensive communication or abuses another on Facebook, Whatsapp and other social media platforms or over the internet might be guilty of an offence of "Offensive Communication" which is punishable by a fine not exceeding SHS 480,000/= or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.
