DR PATRICK AMOTH BUSY AT HIS PRIVATE CLINIC NOT FIGHTING CORONAVIRUS 24/7

I am boiling with indignation to learn that Dr Patrick Amoth the DG Health Ministry has a private gynaecology and obstetrics clinic on Ralph Bunche Rd Nairobi contrary to the ban on private practice by government doctors.

This is the man who is pivotal in the war on CORONAVIRUS but he's giving his divided attention.

Is a gynaecologist the right man to lead the war on CORONAVIRUS? Shouldn't it be an epideomologist?

No wonder the President is being fed with cockamamie figures by Amoth. He predicted 10k cases by end of April and latest is the 800k figure by the end of this July.

We will no longer buy these figures from Amoth and his team.

To make matters worse, the Amoth clinic is open until 6pm.

Yet the same Amoth is instrumental in telling restaurants to shut down by 5pm.

What hypocrisy!

We are suffering untold misery at the hands of Amoth and his misinformation team.

Yesterday Kenya Airways pushed back resumption of international flights to September instead of June 8.

I dont know when on earth I will visit my kin in Mombasa including two grand nieces who have just delivered.

Enough is enough.

If Amoth thinks his clinic should keep open to the usual closing time at 6pm, he should allow hotels and other places to resume normal hours.

If it is bad for them to be open late even more so for Amoth and his clinic.

By the time he shuts his clinic he will be totally whacked out.

No wonder the Health Ministry has been blamed for having no strategy to fight CORONAVIRUS.

Now we know why. Amoth and his technical team are busy doing their private work while telling us to toe the line.
