Let me tell you some thing here, if you have one of these records, only one, many companies will not hire you, but it gets better, you will never be allowed to serve in church. You see when you join a church and decide to serve as a church deacon, as a volunteer, as any person representing the church in any capacity, even small as teaching children to sing, your name is sent to the police records, and they search it, if they find any of these records on you, they cannot allow you to serve. Even a small thing like helping to collect offerings. Yes you walk in and you join everyone to worship but that is the only thing you can do. The church office of every church in this province has a police record of every one that serves in any official capacity. The job I do, they run the names of every employee including the office cleaner every three years. So the company system automatically sends you an Email that your police check is going to expire in the next 14 days, it automatically sends you a reminder in one week, at exactly 14 days it cuts you off the company computer system. When police hands you that search report it has a number and the computer needs that number put on your name every time you are required to renew.
Now that search will cover the entire North America, so if I go to the states and get arrested charged and convicted in let us say North Dakota or what ever small state like Utah, it does not matter the search here will pick it up. And they are looking to expand it for when I landed in Sydney, I was asked if I have a criminal record before I was allowed in. That tells you that they need to change that so that they do not ask the question anymore, they run your passport through the system and your entire life dumps its self on the screen.
That is why these laws locally pass for intelligent people in those states support them, good Lord who would reject kneeing a man with such a back ground? Does the police actually just find any one on street with no cause and just knee him for he is black? Or you have many blacks that have such rap sheets? I am just asking !!!!!!! Police never start to talk to you without knowing your back ground, that is why when he pulls you over he instructs you to remain in your car, he is still reading your history. They do not only record your convictions they record every contact they get with you. If he stops you for speeding, he records how cooperative you are or uncooperative you are, if you flip a bird to him he records that too, so that the next officer in the next city to talk to you understands who he is dealing with. So not having a conviction record does not mean you do not have a record. As long as you have ever used a police service you have a record, the difference is what kind of record.
They sat with this man in the car, they had a confrontation in the car, they had seen this rap sheet on their screen, and he was resisting arrest. The book allowed them to knee him and they did exactly that. It is going to be very interesting how the city trains an officer, gives him the tool he can use on streets, he uses it and turns around to charge him for using it. This officer is going to firkin walk. That is why they are having a problem charging the other three. The problem is that all these details are never raised on CNN so the feed loop gives out only small details. Police is bad it finds good people on streets and knees them for they are black. And Pojim waves that on a street to torch firkin public property. Choking people is a police tool, why is it not removed off the police books? Because the people of Minnesota support it to be on the books, that is why you hear all these "I can't breathe" That is why this problem is never solved in Minnesota for it is voted on to remain on books, and the rioters are screaming at Washington that has absolutely nothing to do with it. On all people that have complained about it why is it still on Minnesota books? For the voters there support it.
This man had a heart problem but he had fentanyl in his system, and he also had methamphetamine at his time of death. Now with those two in his body, a man with such a rap sheet, how exactly did he behave when faced by police officers? In one of his convictions, he pointed a gun on a woman's stomach and threatened to blow it up if she does not give him a drug. What else was he capable to do? Put yourself into the cop's shoe who is arresting him due to a new complaint on the same man.
Black people are looking for justice, that need a societal support, and they are using a man with a rap sheet longer than my arm? Who will join you in pushing for this change?
