Gulu has started in forcing the second phase of total lockdown in Gulu. District .

Passengers who are stranded in Gulu town bus park are threatening to stage a demonstration.

Passengers stranded as Police rush tsecond phase of second total lockdown of Gulu Citi g rising number of COVID19.

The second lockdown has been put in place on an assumption that there is an increase in the number of cases from within the community.

"Those who have left the district expecting return in the district driving should not dare come back" DPC
