{UAH} Health ministry wrongly announced arrival of 300 Ugandans

Good if there's no name and profession to defend. I had one friend, an accountant who did exactly that, nobody knew where hid his millions. 

He was arrested, sent to Luzira but died in prison 2 yrs later. 

Not everyone is lucky to steal and get away with it.

Accountability strategy. Sadly 3 years from now, that error may remain uncorrected while huge mansions will be up. And nobody cares, I am told that is how our Middle Class being created.

Or is it the case of "Air arrival" but not " Arrival by air"?
