{UAH} How can they become very productive

From Nakaseke, Karuma up to Minakulu and also beyond Murchision park to Packwach-

land is generally flat

From my home area Nakaseke, Kiwoko, Katikamu, Butalangu, Kapeeka and Ngoma we might

be having between 4300 former NRA fighters the youngest being around 46 years for

those were children soldiers.

Acoli must be having even a higher number.

They are energetic, very resourceful and optimistic - which best ways can they be involved

in mechanised agriculture, fisheries, modern animal husbandry (cow boys), trade and manufacturing

to raise household wealth?
