{UAH} presidential advisor Hospitalized After Thorough Beating From Police.

Singer Mark Bugembe commonly known by his alias Butcha Man is nursing wounds at Malcolm Clinic in Kibuye after allegedly being brutalised by the police. The TowerPost has obtained pictures in which the singer and self-proclaimed Presidential advisors appears to be lying in a hospital bed.

Butcha Man was arrested for allegedly disrupting a meeting organized by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) in Makindye, a Kampala suburb.

According to the Kampala police spokesperson Patrick Onyango,Butcha Man was arrested by Katwe police after he mobilized the youth to disrupt a NEMA meeting on Thursday.

A team from NEMA, according to Onyango was camped in Makindye to assess the damage of rising Lake Victoria water levels.  The team later decided to have a meeting with people that have been affected by the rising water levels.

Police said Butha Man along with a troupe of youth stormed the meeting saying it was not supposed to be held in his area without his involvement and consent as President Yoweri Museveni's advisor.

Butcha Man and his cohort roared in protest saying that the meeting could not go on.

Buctha man was as a result arrested and detained  Katwe police station.
