I listened to this Byabakama...i gave up on the learned men of uganda

He bluntly put it that parliament means nothing for him. Its the ministerbof justice that matter to him.

He used Covid19 experience of i information sharing.....thus it elections should be conducted by on scientific means....

Elections are different from a health related to elections.....  ....

Honestly take time and listen to this Byabakama...actually he should be called byasitani...
