{UAH} What will happen to Trump and his businesses post presidency? Will he continue to live the life of luxury or will he spend the rest of his life in court?

Trump will be in deep financial trouble.

His half-baked plan to relocate to Fla. very strongly suggests that he is anticipating personal bankruptcy (Fla. has most generous BK laws).

The pandemic clobbered the hospitality industry. Trump properties got hit especially hard.

Trump will very very likely:

• pardon himself and his children
• declare bankruptcy
• hire a mob of criminal defense lawyers (millions of $)

Trump's businesses appear to be very heavily leveraged (DEBT).

Trump's refusal to release his tax returns is extremely suspicious. Trump probably has hundreds of millions of wealth but .. that funny business in Florida hints that he might not. Who knows?

Is Trump able to service $2 billion in debt?? Tht would be millions of $ per month PER MONTH plus millions of $ in annual maintenance for the hotels and golf courses. Obviously Trump Inc. is hemorrhaging money.

Trump could likely pull off a Chapter 13 Reorganization BK, but the last time he did that he (basically) ended up penniless on the 5th. Avenue. "The Apprentice" saved his financial ass. Then he threw it all away on bad investments. Trump Doral is a money pit.

Trump's main legal problems are criminal. He is facing felony tax evasion prosecution in NYC.

All civil proceedings, except bankruptcy (I think) will be placed on hold ("stayed").

So who knows?

The President of the United States is a life long habitual criminal.

He is the most hated man in the Free World.

New Yorkers would love to see Trump's scalp-relocation relocated to a lodge pole in Central Park. Manhattan F.A. Cyrus Vance Jr. could launch a national career by running Donald Trump to ground and finishing him off.

Whatever happens, Trump's problems are just starting.
